How far ahead should I book?

Weekends hold two setup slots each day and go first — two to four weeks ahead is comfortable, and big dates (graduation season, holidays) deserve more. Grab & Go garlands need just 5 days. If your date is close, ask anyway; if we can make it beautiful in time, we will.

What happens if it rains?

We watch the forecast with you. For outdoor events we'll help you shift the install indoors, re-plan the layout, or reschedule — the full details live in our booking policies. Weather has never gotten the better of an event yet.

Do balloons survive outdoors?

Yes — with honest caveats. We use professional-grade Tuftex latex, which handles sun and temperature swings far better than store balloons, and we design outdoor pieces with heat and wind in mind. Direct summer sun will still oxidize any balloon over a long day (a soft matte finish). We'll tell you exactly what to expect for your setup.

How long does setup take, and do I need to do anything?

Nothing — that's the point. Most installs take one to three hours depending on size. We arrive early, bring everything, style the space, photograph it, and are gone before your first guest. Teardown can be arranged the same invisible way.

How do retainers and payments work?

Every quote is one all-inclusive number — no delivery fees, no setup fees, no surprises. A 50% retainer holds your date (we send a secure payment link within the hour, 8am–6pm), and the balance is due on event day or at pickup. Full terms in our booking policies.

Can you match my theme or Pinterest board?

That's our favorite assignment. Send the board, the invitation, or even a dress photo — we blend colorways to match and cut custom vinyl (names, dates, monograms) in-house on our Cricut so the whole install is unmistakably yours.

Where do you serve?

Colorado Springs and surrounding areas. Grab & Go pickup is in Colorado Springs, with pre-assembled drop-off anywhere in town for a flat $20. For events outside the Springs, ask — the quote will still be one number.

Can you decorate on a weekday?

Often, yes. Weekend dates book into fixed setup slots; weekday installs are by request — tell us the date in your inquiry and we'll confirm feasibility with your quote.

Do you do business or storefront installs?
