The same philosophy as our pricing: clear about what we collect, why, and who touches it — nothing hidden.
What we collect
When you inquire or book, we collect your name, email, phone number, and the event details you share (date, venue, guest count, colors, and vision). When you pay a retainer, your card details are entered directly with our payment processor — they never touch our servers.
Why we collect it
Only to respond to your inquiry, prepare your all-inclusive quote, fulfill your booking, and send booking-related emails (confirmation, receipt, and the occasional design check-in). We don't send marketing spam.
Who processes it
We use trusted third parties, each receiving only what they need: Stripe (secure payments), Formspree (form and lead capture), Resend (sending our emails), Vercel (website hosting), and Google Fonts (typography). We never sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep your booking and inquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we'll honor it wherever we're not legally required to retain it.
Cookies & local storage
We set no advertising or tracking cookies. Our booking page uses your browser's local storage only to remember your in-progress booking so it survives the payment step — it's cleared automatically once your booking is complete.
Your choices
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — just email us. Consistent with the California Consumer Privacy Act, we confirm that we do not sell your personal information.
Children
Our services are intended for adults planning events. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
