The same philosophy as our quotes: everything upfront, nothing hidden, no surprises later.
Retainers & payment
Your quote is one all-inclusive number. A 50% retainer reserves your date — we send a secure payment link within the hour (8am–6pm; evening bookings get theirs first thing next morning). The balance is due on event day for installs, or at pickup/drop-off for Grab & Go. We never add fees after the quote.
Rescheduling
Life happens. Reschedule free with 7 or more days' notice, subject to slot availability — your retainer moves with you. Within 7 days of the event we'll do our best, but materials are usually already purchased and built.
Cancellation
Cancel 14 or more days before your event for a full retainer refund. Between 7 and 13 days, half your retainer converts to a credit good for one year. Within 7 days the retainer is retained — by then your date has been held against other bookings and your materials are bought and built.
Weather
For outdoor events we watch the forecast with you. If weather threatens, we'll help you move the install indoors, adapt the design, or reschedule within 30 days at no charge. One honest note: sun, wind, and heat affect all balloons — professional-grade latex handles Colorado weather far better than store product, but prolonged direct sun will soften any balloon's finish. We design outdoor pieces with this in mind and tell you what to expect before you book.
Our finish guarantee
We photograph every install, styled and complete, before we leave — and we don't leave until it matches what we promised. If anything we built fails before your event starts through no fault of handling, we make it right.
Grab & Go
Garlands are built fresh 1–2 days before your date and leave our studio photographed and full. From pickup (or drop-off) onward, care is in your hands — we include hanging hardware, instructions, and a few spare balloons. No refunds after pickup, but if something goes wrong, call us; we'd rather fix it than quote policy at you.
Your information
What you share with us — name, contact, event details — is used only to respond, quote, and deliver your event. We never sell or share it. Want it deleted? Email angelosmbj@gmail.com and it's gone.
